#1 Make sure to ALWAYS measure all your ingredients in separate containers before you start baking. This will help keep everything precise and keep the main mixture from getting contaminated, especially eggs.
#2 Put all of your wet ingredients together first, then add your dry ingredients. This will help make the batter more fluffy. Side Note: Sugar is actually a wet ingredient.
#3 Fold at the end rather than just mixing this way you won’t over mix.
#4 Weigh out your pans before distributing your batter, this way they are even.
